THE REAL STORY
From operational pressure to a proven workforce system
Recrimco was founded in Mureș, Romania. We did not start in a corporate office. We started with a real operational problem: a family business needed reliable people, stable processes, and a better way to manage a heavy workload.
At the time, standard recruiting services were not enough. Agencies could send CVs, but the real challenges came after the hire: paperwork, onboarding, worker support, communication, and retention. We needed a system that could handle the full workforce process, not just recruitment.
So we built one ourselves. We created a structured, reliable process for finding people, preparing documents, supporting workers, and helping teams stay stable under pressure. It worked in our own operations first. Then we realized other logistics companies were facing the same problems.
That internal solution became Recrimco. Today, we help logistics companies recruit, onboard, support, and retain the people behind high-volume operations, so our partners can stay focused on running their business.
